1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

You may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.

Returns must be sent back by mail.

A free return label is included in the package or will be provided upon request.

There are no restocking fees.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We currently accept returns for orders delivered within the United Kingdom only.
